Where to upgrade FL lighting to PL

I have a set of Aracadia FL Tube mounted on Atman tubing. Recently, I just switched to keep Tonina SP plant which require higher lighting. Since the life span of one of the tube is going to expire, I would like to convert it to PL. Anyone got recommendation of place to help to convert to PL(how much NA charge to convert to PL) . I wish to know the price also but I will prefer friend at AQ to PM to me instead of post on forum.

Finally the e-ballest I foundis bit too long to fit into my casing, do anyone know what is the suitable one. Thank.
