Sighted at C328, near the shrimp tanks.

    Bought about 13 pieces.

    2 with DKK now.

My eleven are colouring up. Will try to take a picture of them tomorrow after work.

I'm very sure they are more brackish water than freshwater. In any case just add some sea salt. Don't think they will last in 100% freshwater.

they seems to be stocking quite often on the mud skippers nowadays and also seem like got freshwater sole fish. C328 always seems to be stocking on unique fish. and thats what i like about them

hi bryan, my batch of 20 mud skippers are doing very well with my croaking gouramis and wild bettas in my customer 322 paludarium featuring 3 line tree frog.

I guess you mean 4 lined tree frog, not 3 lined tree frog Anyway, i wont be surprised if the mudskippers get eaten by the frog, i saw them at c328 and they are really small.

Anyway, i have a feeling that in the long-term, they will do better with salt in the water. Just like the red claw crabs, just because they can survive in freshwater doesnt mean they will thrive in freshwater.

    Re: Fresh water mud skipper

they do need brackish water condition for long term survival. but they are still small so should still be fine without too much salt.
