Which PL light suitable?

Can any of the experts here advice me on which of the following PL light is most suitable for planted tank?
1. Cool daylight
2. Cool white
3. Warm white

Got confused already. []

All are suitable for planted tanks. The colours will appear differently so it may diffrently to ones preferance. But daylight which rated 6500K would give you a nice white light which brings out the true colour of the tank contents.
