Pelvicachromis taeniatus "Kienke" if i'm not wrong.
When a habit begins to cost money, it's called a hobby.
Bro chris is right... It's not a Apisto species... But a dwarf chiclid family...
Good fish ain't cheap... Cheap fish ain't gd...
Breeding Apisto inca and Apisto guttata...
My guess it is a male Apistogramma Cacatuoides.
Thank you all for the reply.
Manage to find the actual name after searching the internet.

Very interesting fish which will breed when you least expect it to
Good choice for a community tank![]()
I doubt that it's "Moliwe". It's P. Taeniatus yes but could be from Nigeria.
Dunno the scientific name, but commonly called african krib. Foreground is a female, as males have pointed dorsal and anal fins.
females have very pink/purplelish tummy.
It's P. Taeniatus, no doubt about that but 3000 miles of Atlantic Ocean separates Pelvicachromis from any Apistogramma species in the wild. The actual water chemistry and care are not all that dissimilar except many wild Apistos do need soft acid water and especially for breeding. Pelvicachromis can whip any Apistogramma so never combine them.
Old fish breeder. SA Dwarf Cichlids, Hypancistrus sp L260, L333 and Peckoltia L134 breeder. Also Sturisoma, Dwarf Corydoras spp, wild Discus and Killiefish. Like breeding Characins and wild Betta spp too.
