Your shrimps will get too stress to breed.
My advice is remove the tetras or you may want to create more hiding places.
Put more driftwoods with moss for hideouts and it also helps to lower down the ph.

Hope it helps and welcome to the poison family.

Simple and nice. You can consider to add those small unique crawling bog wood. tied a bit of moss on it. Will look much better. So from the mid to top it won't looks so empty.

Bog wood that crawl? Sounds creepy. Sry I don't mean offensive. You got any pictures to share?

My tank have been established for 1 month before I put in shrimps and fishes (gradually 1 week after another). I think it is running for about 2.5 months.

My colleague is damn daring. Run-in for 1 day and poof, throw in 4 grade A CRS shrimp and 5 neon tetras in. I was like "What ..... " So far it is day 4 for them and 2 neon tetra is dead.
His carpet of glosso is bought off the shelves and weighted down by the driftwood to prevent it from floating up.

His glosso is on wool right? Soon they will melt and decompose making the water filthy. His crs will probably die soon too if he don't temporarily keep them in your tank till his tank is properly cycled

I recall LFS sell them on those filter wool. It's meant for people to remove them and plant into the soil else they can't survive

oh..but Goldfisher said "His carpet of glosso is bought off the shelves and weighted down by the driftwood to prevent it from floating up" it sounds like he bought a piece of 1' by 1' glosso carpet and lay on the soil but held down by the wood...possible?

LFS sells the glosso on a big piece of wool. Like I mentioned, the glosso will melt and die of the piece if wool with glosso is laid on the soil. They need to be removed from the wool and planted with their roots in the soil.

Hi, I just got my glosso from 328 today. Sad to say I planted my glosso before looking at your post. However, I wanted to find out what is holding the glosso together and realized there are no wool (I don't seems to see any) . Is 328 selling patch of glosso different?

I have not purchased glosso before hence I am not sure. Maybe other bros can share their experiences. A close up picture of your glosso may help or you can call C328 to ask.

The gloss I bought does not cone with wool too. It's like a whole bunch tangled together and I've to slowly detached them from each other. So naturally many can use coz damaged during detachment.
