    hi there...

a crayfish (blue lobster) that curls her tail, is that a sign that she's very sick? problem molting? she's obviously not her normal self, not as active and not eating .
very sad... have had her for about 2.5 years and first time encountering this.

picked her up and looked underneath, but cannot see the part where the tail is curled up, think saw a little exposed flesh. if it's molting problem, any remedy or already too late.....? already changed water with anti-clorine, stress coat and mosura mineral plus.

Anyone knows? Will a female lobster produce and drop unfertilised eggs? Returned from work and found her tail no longer curled up, but there's a lot of orange & dark coloured small oval shaped stuff that look like eggs in her tank?

Most likely she dropped the eggs due to stress. When she is holding eggs it is best to leave her alone and disturb her as little as possible. The dropped eggs are fertilised. You can attempt to hatch them by putting them in a net or mesh basket and place it in a location of the tank such that it will receive a bit of current.
