1st, this piece of artwork is actually done by Little Green Service as their display tank. LGS owners are active in this Forum a well. you can try pm Shadow aka robert, he can give you more details about their 6 feet tank.

I just ordered a 5 1/2 ft tank, and i want it to look like the attached photo.. Can anyone tell me if ill need a chiller etc? also what are the plants used? Would also appreciate any other advice

Looks like a low tech setup to me, you may not need chiller nor CO2 injection for that.
Plants are fern, nanas, coud be some amazon sword and golden pothos (the one creeping on the right side). Lots of bogwood, rocks and sand (not sure what's the brand though)
co2 is of course better...in that kind of tank the main focal point is the hardscape..
