Eheim but not pro 3e. For me get the simplest design available. The more complex the design is the more part used and with more part, more thing can go wrong (wear and tear).
Good day to all,
I've been away from aqua scape for quite a while looking to start off. Currently doing my home work and curious about the trend with filter system. Below are the filters would like you to vote of your choice. Thank you for reading this post

Agree with Robert. I may even suggest two filters especially if you chain stuff like inline CO2 diffuser and also chiller.
However if you want only one- go for the pro3 2080 1700LPH is good for a 400L tank.

I suggest OHF, easy maintanence
OHF not CO2 friendly unless you can reduce the water splashing somehow.
Imagine a can of soda water, any splashing action like pouring it into a cup will release the CO2 and you will get a flat soda.

I would definitely go for 2 canister. Maybe get 2 X 1500LPH canister. One for chiller, another for CO2?
Aquascaper?
bro i would choose the eheim pro3e, or u might also wanna consider the classic series.
