help with ID this plants?

can anyone help ID this plnats? i came across ramastones phot on these and really admire this scape. are they easy to care of?

Can you provide a larger pic so that we can see the plants more clearly? If i identify correctly, at the left side of the path is some kind of moss, the background plants may be rotalas.

Mosses (except for java moss) prefer cooler temperatures, hence you may need a chiller.
