    hi all,

have recently found that the nerite snail in my tank is "corroding" (not sure if this is the right term), wondering if anyone can advice on the steps to prevent further harm to the shell?

have read that the shells will not be growing back, but is there any thing that i can do for the nerites?

    thanks, david

Most probably pH is on the low (acidic) side as stated by boxedfish... Nerite shells are rather "tough", so if it can be corroded, better to check the tank water's pH & up it gradually... Good luck bro!!
