Xanto Pleco... Parancistrus aurantiacus

Hi,

This is my first time pleco hobby and when I looked these guys at LFS, I bought them without knowing how to keep them healthy and happy... Any suggestions? what are the water parameter? What do they eat? (because I gave them frozen blood worm, they seem didn't care about the food)

@boxed: I got mine from one LFS at Jakarta. I think, I wanna sell this fish again because I still haven't found enough informations to keep this unique species...
