I just added 8 crs into the Tank(dun worry I use the drip method for 2hrs then waited for like 8hrs then adding the shrimp inside. After adding 1 mineral rock and 1 mineral ball and bacter max into the tank. The tank has been cycled for 1month. with terra inside. There is a plant, java moss and a dift wood in the tank. Temp usually 25-27 degree.
My TDS meter showing usually 149. Is that suitable for shrimps?

I think it is not only about temperature & TDS...
    Please check your PH, GH...

CRS really need a low temperature.. Mine maintaining at 24-25deg.. PH6.2-6.3.. GH at 5-6.. TDS170..

How big is the tank? Minimum to be 60x30x30cm dimension to maintain not such a big fluctuation during water change.. By adding those stuff like mineral rocks, mineral ball and dosing Bacter max will not solve issues if you never cycle your tank well.. Just note all these or read the sticky in the invertebrate section again, or else just google..

Not forget about it, but it has a wider range of tolerance between 160-220..

150-200 i believe its suitable bro neon dagger, you no need to wait hours before you can add you shrimps, i no expert but when cycling, i do not have any livestock but only plant or moss (in my opinion its better).. may be you can tell what soil or filter media you using so we all can help you don't wasting money by buying and adding shrimp, its better to cycle you tank properly. it does not mean you cycle your tank for 1 month and its perfect.. it does not work that way.. and i agree with bro alvinchan80, 2ft tank its the best to start as you can better manage the parameters..

I not sure what type of soil i am using cause I got everything from qianhu, was too green that time to notice.
I want to set up a new 2ft tank but as I have limited space on my table, I can't have the tank to be 2ft length and 1.5ft width. I need the width to be 1ft at most. Do anyone want know where I can custom made the fish tank.

Shrimp keeping has never been cheap and easy. If you cant get the width to be 1.5ft, then try a 2x1x1 feet tank.

Its the effort put into ensuring they can survive and breed that makes this hobby a worthwhile.
