Aqua Zonic Aquarium Light Clarification

Hi all,
I got this 54w x 4 Aquarium Lighting, and only recently I was told that this is a T5HO ballast. Anyone can confirm this? Right now I'm just using normal T5 tubes. Thanks.

The 12000k tubes seems off so I tried this 6700k china tubes but seems its "dying" off. Heard of osram. Any one using. Any recommendations and where to purchase.

The other thing, anyone knows where to repair this light fixture. One of the tubes not lighting up. Sometimes when turning on a different switch causes that tube to start (electro magnetic pulse (emp))..
