    Hi
Can't see anything as i think they don't allow you to link photos to external websites anymore.

Looking forward to see your photos!

A black background will do wonder. I find the valis behind too monotonous and symmetrical. Maybe make it thicker/bushier at the corner will make it look more natural?

the vals should be quite new......
for me, after they have stablised, they will grow, grow, grow and grow....
both in terms of length and runners....
i have had leaves that are 3 ft long, in my 1.5 ft height tank....

and it 'ran' from one corner of the tank, to the other corner..... i'm thinking of pulling them out actually..... when i get enuff balanese to replace it...

    nice tank!

    KingFisher,

You should ask what the tank details are instead. You can buy a very beautiful plant, but it the conditions in your tank is not "ideal", it will not maintain the beauty.
Vincent - AQ is for everyone, but not for 'u' and 'mi'.
Why use punctuation? See what a difference it makes:
A woman, without her man, is nothing.
A woman: without her, man is nothing.

Vals usually start rotting downwards from the cut... so you can't trim vals.

    Nice setup!
If you like, can keep the Gratiola (correct?) short. Otherwise it branches rapidly near the surface and blocks light to your Glosso.

    Hi guys,
thanks for the comments. Just back from oversea trip, so slow in responing. Anyway, tank setup is using IOS tank, 4 x 36W PL and diy CO2. Temp using diy fan at 26 deg c The lotus was bought at a LFS, $2 per pot. now propagating, shifted some to left side of tank. I'm inserting iron tablets at its roots. I'm not so familar with plants names, so which one is valis and Gratiola? As for the black background, errr... may be a difficult to put now .
