I notice that more and more monster fishes and oddball fishes are posted in the buy/sell forum. Looks like they are coming in from Arofanatics forum who can't post in AF buy/sell forum. Will this cause bandwidth problem in AQ just like what happen in AF (Infraction system)?
p.s - I can't post in AF buy/sell forum as well for the past 1 year.

Normally we call it AF not AR. Secondly, we should just be concentrating on our hobby and trying to help more people in fish/plants processes, should not worry about others happening in another forum.
The admin and mods will know how to deal with the problem.
By the way why does the infraction systems gotta do with bandwidth??

AF input the infraction due to certain issues. They did mentioned in somewhere in a sticky. So the infraction was put in place to control the members.

One of the restriction is new joiners cannot immediatley post in buy/sell. While in AQ need to wait for 30days after being a member, AF in additon needs member to accumulate posts, but there may be more criterias.

Heard from my friends in AF that they could not Post in buy/sell thread... Even they are in the forum for 3 years..Only those "Members" can. Just sharing what i know about it.

There is additional criteria of having contributions back to AF, such as joining their annual dinner or going to the outings etc etc.
I read some of the posts and seems like it is related to the forum becoming overloaded due to high amount of users browsing the forum. Also, the forum's server is old and there is no plan to upgrade it, that is why they have strict rules on the Buy/Sell thread. Also seen people mention about some members profiteering off the Buy/Sell section without contributions back to the forum...
must contribute to AF, else cannot post in buy and sell. last heard no choice move.
As a forum, knowledge sharing is already a form of contribution. AQ
