so which one were you? I recall a guy with his gf and a gang of SAF chaps in uniform.
why I don't do garden hybrids and aquarium strains: natural species is a history of Nature, while hybrids are just the whims of Man.

Hi,
I've spotted this plant selling at Aquatic Concepts in Thomson Plaza. Just saw it yesterday.
Update:
Mine still look the same. No change yet.
Went to Teo's farm today, saw that he has alot of this plant on sale. But I'm looking for narrow leaves type which he has no stock.
Corydoras: 2 x adolfoi, 1 x agassizii, 5 x albino aeneus, 3 x arcuatus, 4 x atropersonatus, 3 x axelrodi, 6 x axelrodi variante B, 4 x caudimaculatus, 5 x duplicareus, 8 x goldlines, 3 x kanei, 3 x loretoensis, 6 x melini, 4 x panda, 6 x schwartzi, 3 x similis, 4 x sterbai, 4 x surinamensis, 5 x trilineatus, 4 x tukano & 3 x zygatus
RIP 1 x adolfoi, 1 x albino aeneus & 2 x panda
Just an update on the progress of this Eriocaulon sp unknown in my tank. Haven't noticed any changes to the overall look of the plant since I got them in December. The leaves seem slightly narrower though. The one on the left is dividing into 2. Very slow growth.

Yo Victri,
After a few month, do you have any new update of this Cinereum? Can take some photo and share? Thanks a million.
Hey Eric,
Nothing much to report... I split the plant and so far there hasn't been any change. It still looks the same although there are less "antennas" now. The growth is excruciatingly slow.
hey cool!! Ive seen alot of them around the shores of some resevoirs!! Do they require much light?

So it's not meant to grow under water since it grow on the shore, so maybe that why it's growing so slow underwater.
it's a nice plant.
i dunno.. most of the plants i saw were submerged (thou quite shallow). n there were 2 kinds of plants: 1 looked like the taiwan pic(looks like pineapple plant to me), the other the antenne plant. Could it be that the resevoir was at that time more filled up w water(t'was during rainy season), so that most of the plants were submerged? going to check it out today anyway
confirmation: i went to macritchie n most of the plants were emersed shoreline. those out in the water looked small n dying. but then i came to this fast flowing stream, n found this excellent specimen growin to 20cm tall. thing was, it was growing horizontally, hydrilla like. u can see them at the 1st (or 2nd) opening along the running trail(where the boardwalk meets it). so maybe it jus needs moving water to grow well?
oh, one more thing. TEO's has an SPLENDID specimen on display(20cm tall, mostly antannae. n beside that tank are tens over of those plants. acquired 3 myself..
