Are you looking to get the rock already tied with the moss? It's probably difficult to get it exactly the way you want - though I know Y618 has a "collection" of rocks with weeping moss done up. (they were selling it as a whole set though). You may get them to do it for you if you don't want to yourself - I think part of fun/thrill/challenge is to get it done yourself!?

i dont think y618 has them anymore. last time i went, the set was sold. they do sell loose weeping, although it is pretty exp in my opinion. also, its a small amount and they do run out
you can try Bioplast. he has really quality moss, and large amounts. it is really pricey, but worth it, as the moss is superbly healthy

Went to 618 2 days ago and they do have those mountain rock tied with weeping moss... Big rock mountain like you can try seaview or maybe aqua empire at pasir ris farmway2...
