    super interested in making a vivarium but where to get those materials needed and it seems hard

    Not really hard, depends on what kind of scape you've in mind, you may simply just need, organic compost, lapis sand, driftwoods, cork bark, cabie ties and lots of plants and many of the above mention can be found in major nurseries, fish shop and DIY/hardware shops

    i have an empty tank of height of 28.5cm and length of 23cm and a width of 18.5cm

    Yes bro Merviso's thread is definitely a great place to start. Or you can simply google online on how to setup a vivarium/terrarium/paludarium, I'm sure there's a lot of website and videos on youtube you can get ideas from.
