Hi there fellas. Anyone has kept any of these crabs before? Need info on tank size, substrate, set-up, diet, and experiences. Thanks!

i dont keep them, but i can provide some info.

tank size: 2 ft for one crab

substrate: doesnt really matter, as long as you provide as long as land to water ratio is 2:1, i guess sand, gravel, cocopeat will all be alright.

set-up: as i said above, 2:1 land to water ratio, do provide some caves for the crab to hide, and you can add some wood for climbing. Plants will most likely get uprooted.

diet: hikari crab pellets should suffice, or normal fish food plus a source of calcium to provide enough calcium for molting.

Anyone else wants to share their experiences? Will the colours fade as they get older, if so, when?

    hmm its me again

No the color will not fade when they get older, but their shell will turn from neon blue to brown and red legs to orange legs if they are not well

A Paludarium like enviroment is good. or a basic terrapin tank will be good enough.
Lotsa of water change and i do not recommend sand. You will have problem cleaning and maintain

I have a coconut husk cave for sale .. interested?

How is sand harder to clean than cocopeat? No thanks for the hide, I already have one.
