Its quite a goner. What is the frog species, tank set-up, temperature and humidity levels. Substrate, water quality and how often maintenance is done is also important to know. It does sound like chytrid fungus, and quite clearly, our NParks will not be able to deal with such an event. Therefore, no releasing and proper disposal is necessary should the frog die. MOST IMPORTANTLY, we need pictures.

Find the vet at allpets and aqualife. Google it.

I can only say my condolences bro. Its a waiting game now. Sometimes the frog can survive for as long as another 6-9 months sometimes it's just 6-9 weeks. Of course you can try bringing them to the Vet and tell them what advise you got. There's a Vet at Jalan Kayu whom do treat almost any animals.

    hi Weiyo

I'm so sorry to hear that.

May I check with you, what kind of frog that suffered that terrible fungal infection? I'm also in the same situation like you, my 2 giant white lip frogs and 1 white tree frog as well infested and tried all kinds of medications but within 2 weeks they died on me one by one! Of course, I did quarantine them from my other 13 critters or else this fungal infection will cause a serious outbreak.

Like what Dez said it's "waiting game" i suggest you to end its pain and your pain, just bury or wash down into the toilet flush. There is no point to keep it, or else it will continue to spread other critters.
    cheers
