    tore down my previous ios 50g tank , gotten a new tank , manage to savage the plants and switch over ,also finally i get to use the log wood which i gotten a long time ago , this time will be a more suitable occupants

    thanks for the resize , i have tied the narrow fern leaves on the right wood previously but i just can't get it to look neat , is there a special method or style to follow ?

    i see , and grats on the iaplc
    will hunt for more wood , seem like the roots not enough , any lfs sell loose broken pieces of bogwood ?

    I was hunting for loose broken long wood for my tree "roots"...apparently I find too expensive since they sell one miserable piece for a dollar. How I wish I can pick them from the wild if they are safe for tank.

    i got the lda 25 from aqua hobby ,same pricing as a L183


    wild branches does look nicer , but a waste it would rot .

    current life stock list will be

    3 x pseudomugil gertrudae
    4 x black molly
    8 x rummy nose
    2 x white cloud minnow
    1 x unidentified fish (yet to id )
    1 x red lizard pleco
    1 x twig pleco
    2 x pitbull pleco
    1 x starlight bristlenose pleco
    1 x horn nerite snail


    should be getting some CPDs and amano shrimps once the glosso settle down

    Wow that is quite a number of Pleco in it but seems like is all those mini Pleco... Well is L183 good at eating algae...

    prefer mini pleco as they dont tend to stir up the substrate that bad when spooked ,
    actually find L183 grows too big at 4" , since its always hiding in the roots part , i think it should be ok

    What mini Pleco will you recommend that will eat algae and won't eat plant as intend to add 1 or 2 in my planted tank...

    Initial was brown algae but was controlled now have this hairy bushy black or brown algae on my soil and wood... So headache... In my tank have 7 Yamato and 5 oto... But can't solve it...
