Can I add my male B.splenden in my community tank with danios , guppies and platties? Will my betta attack them?

Sorry for the poor quality and background noises. So far , after observing him after an hour or so , he doesn't attack any other fishes.

The betta might confuse the guppies(due to their tail) as another male and attack them.

I think is possible if the tank is big enough... I tried keeping my male betta splenden in my community tank and he never gave any problems to the rest of the fishes. The only thing he did was to flare at them when they swim to near to him.

When other fishes come near it , it just minded it's own business and did not flare at them. But unfortunately I had to move it back to it's own tank as my dad added angels into the tank.
