Waiting to move to my new flat in punggol soon and to start my 5ft tank in aquascaping and hope experienced bros and sisters to share valuable experiences.

Share with all of you, my modest 1ft planted tank. It an old aquascape of my current tank. Will post a updated one of my currnet aquascape soon.
Welcome to the forum Blurshear, Beautiful Scape you have there with nicely planted mixture of floorground plant...Will be looking looking forward in your new aquascape.
When a habit begins to cost money, it's called a hobby.
A Warm welcome to you, bro Blurshear, you have a beautiful tank, well organize, I must say, and yes, the beautiful Fire Red shrimps, if I see correctly. I just planted my 1 ft tank too, but will be re-arrange as the plants position doesn't seem right.
Welcome to AQ and welcome to aquascaping hobby.
Hi thank you so far for the warm welcome and comments. As promised, this is my current planted tank set up. I got to admit that it is getting messy and cramped as I wanted to try out a variety of plants and understand their requirements due to my plan of setting up a 5ft planted tank by early next year.
A switch from 1ft to 5ft tank high tech tank would be quite a sharp learning curve.

Hi Blueshear!
Nice tank you got there! I'm new to aquascaping, I too just moved to punggol and my current 4ft low tech was really a SHARP learning curve for me! Not to mention the hole in the pocket! But it's worth it and fun! Altering to High tech soon and re planting plants.
Hi Naz, welcome to the hobby of aquascaping. It really interesting when compared to just keeping fishes in a plain tank, is zit?
I will only be moving to Punggol early next year. keep in touch as in near future, as we can exchange plants cuttings and methods in aquascaping at each other home!
It's Really Fun To See Your Fishes Enjoy The World You've Created For them. See Them Swimming In And Out Of These Bushes Freely. After A Day Of Tired Work, Nothing Soothes You More Than Sitting In Front Of The Tank Enjoying The Scape.
I Stay in Punggol Too. ^-^"
I Totally agree with shunkun!
By the way, hello fellow punggolian! lol
Naz & Shunkun........Punggolian.......HELLO
Hello shunkun, bluespear!
How are your aquarium progressing? As for me, Ran into abit of green water. How slowly rearranging or rather scaping. Still having unclear vision though. Scaping while tank is established can be a bit tricky
Hi Naz,
Quite busy for the last week. My tank have some BBA appearing and i trying to nip all that i can see.
Your green water problem, resolved?
Hello,
As for the green water, I couldn't wait, so I used Green away medicine by Ocean Free and did water change but, yesterday I just rescape my tank, so more that 50% water changed and 80% plants gone! I too found some tiny staghorn algae n bba on the gravel.
I guess that's what you get if too lazy to change substrate. I recycle from previous fish setup. There's even an undergravel filter! But of couse I don't use it now. So now very "stingy" to dose nutrients.
Saw this OF brand for algae. Seems promising.. it kills the enzymes of these algae. But haven try it.
