Maybe you could advise us on the lighting you're providing and the tank size?
In my shrimp tank, i have US Fissidens tied in both DW and mesh, and a flame moss tied on DW too.
The mosses are turning dark, more like dark green rather than the light green I want it to be.
Can anyone tell me why is this and how to get them return to the light green state again?
I'm running on chiller set on 24 deg

Fish keeping is not a good hobby unless you received support from your family to keep them.
i'm running 1.5ft tank with 2 x T5 16W lighting
Photo would be good since to me both flame moss and fissiden are dark green compare to hc for example
u can refer to the pic here

u can see the colour difference that it has compared with the moss ball
lack of phosphorus ?
The picture is newly tie moss. Let it grow first, it probably adapting to new environtment or fixing some damage that you done when you trim and tied them.

congrats !
but still cannot see your work image
The mosses lack of CO2 you need to install carbon dioxide inside and don't forget to add some fertilizers inside to make them grow green and beautiful.
