What do I need to set-up a vivarium?

I have no experience with any fish,frog,crab etc only rodents.So what do I need and how much do it cost?

first you should define and understand what is a vivarium. It is a simple tank with some areas of it in water and some parts of it land. without going into much details, then all you need is a tank, some rocks/driftwodd/wood/soil to create the land portion. For filtration method some use a cansister, a powerhead etc to move the water. You need a light too. It really depends on what are your requirements.

I have a 30cmx25cmx25cm Tank.Is that too small for it?I really have no idea where to buy the equipment and the plants.Any suggestion?

just the right size for a no frills nano viva. The hardware are available in most LFS. All you need is a small pump with clip on lights, leca, simple substrate and some hardy plants. with less than $100 should be very doable.
