    Do they or will they go for it?? I believe need to experience with it. Anyway i did a search or google some say it is harmless some show video of it attacking other lifestock in their tank... So i believe better safe than sorry i would rather go thru and remove them.

    They show dragonfly or damselfly nymph on those video.
    You can remove them if you do not like them, just in case you do not know how to differentiate them from damselfly nymph.

    Damsefly & Mayfly nymph do look alike...
    Except Mayfly nymph center cerci looks more fine...

    Anyway...anyone will feel unsecured leaving those pest with shrimps in tank for YEARS...
    If manage to see...just remove them...
