Thin plastic mesh can be bought from DIY stores. Or u can buy egg crate from most LFS.

If you mean you don't even want to just use a siscors to cut the mesh to the correct size, then I'm afraid I can't help u.

I'm looking for one that is heavy enough and secure, not mesh/net only.
Preferably with a small window for feeding.

Seaview sells the acrylic square plastic, which I think for under gravel or as a partition. Can join 2 together for 2ft. I think the size is about 18x18 inches.

You will probably have to DIY, or buy those screens made for the Exo-Terra tanks, if they can fit your tank. It may look unsightly but aside from DIY-ing to fit your specifications, it will be hard to find a ready-made product off the shelf.

Try acrylic board for art friends and just cut a small whole for your feeding

You must plan in hand what type of plant you intend to put in your tank. Some plant need high humidity.. So the best is acrylic or glass.. All you need to do is to lift it up if you want to feed your fishes etc. At the same time you also can let the air out.. If not cut a hole for feeding like what Neondagger say..
