    Re: Albino apistogramma

    Hi,

A nice specimen of a rare apistogramma phenotype. It's not a true albino because of it's eye color. True albino shows red eyes & what your fish shows, is partial albinism. May I ask for the name of this particular species?

    Best regards,

Doesn't look like an albino to me because albino has red eyes. But this is a beauty.

    Re: Albino apistogramma

Can't say that bro... As in Singapore many people always looking for cheap and good stuff that's why lfs scared to bring in thus the stock will be stuck if die waste of money too expensive no one buy so I rather bring in certain species myself rather than depend on lfs... Maybe I'm just lucky to find this rare species... Thanks for your kind comment...

    Re: Albino apistogramma

No risk no gain bro... Lfs also risk to bring in fish and if not nice they need to take also and no one buy worst... But at least what I'm having is way cheaper than lfs price... So worth it... If I'm a merchant I'll help you all get too...

This is a xanthic specimen, not albino. I've seen albino for agassizii before but this specimen is interesting.
