    Alfa,

    Its not the same species. The one featured is locally obtained whereas the one you showed is collected from South America.

    The plant was obtained from a LFS in Taiwan, not from Singapore.

    Yah Chris, looking at it carefully it may actually be some isoetes species... I've collected something similar locally before sometime back...

    Well, dun look the same to me either. The first pict is short in the leave curving like onion with a yellowish like tip whilst Alfa one is spreading long with white longish tail, and of course, it grows outta water for the 2nd pict.

    ^_^ 5 cents worth of observation.
