Ramshorn snail eating frogbit?

There's holes on my frogbit plants and i always see my ramshorn snail( i think it is ) sucking on the plant. is it eating the plant? causing the plants to have holes on their leaves? what can i do to prevent this?

also, does frogbit gets affected by flowing water? my tank surface isnt very still :/ i have a over tank filter and a air pump .. is this too much ? i like the bubbles at the back of my tank :/

Nevermind, found that they do eat plants.
