Is this harmful to shrimp

Hi, found the attache flea(?) in my shrimp tank and not sure where they coming from as I only see them recently.

Question: is this harmful to shrimp (CRS etc) and how to get rid of them?

they are just seed shrimps. harmless to shrimps.

this is the first time seeing magnify , they are like white spots swimming very fast in proportion to their body size

I hate seed shrimp.

I like them, I just can't culture them. They are good as fish food.
