Where Can I Buy 3Ft Acrylic Tank ?

Reason Being ; So That I Can Buy And Carry Myself. I Don't Want To Trouble Another Person Just To Help Me Carry Glass Tank.

Been To Many Shops But All They Sell Is Glass Tank.

And How Much Does It Cost ?

My Friend Helped Me And Found Tank Only For $180/ !!!
Are There Cheaper Ones Out There ?

Acrylic tank is more fragile than a glass tank being that it is very easily scratched by anything in or out of the tank.

If all Gex tanks are acrylic, you can enquire at Aquarstar Yishun. Saw they have a photo of a GEX 3ft setup, possibly for customers who are interested can intent from them.

I Don't Mind Risking Scratches Because I Know I Have To Take Extra Care Haha! My 2Ft Five Plan Is Also Acralic, So Far So Good, Used More Than 3 Years.

I Just Want One That I Can Carry Alone.

GEX is a brand. Aqua star is near yishun central at blk 924.

So far, 2 or 3 ft acrylic tanks are custom made, so you propably need to do a search on the forum for the acrylic tank maker and ask them for a quote.

In the buy/sell section, there is someone selling 45cm with cabinet, can take a look too.


For 3ft acrylic tank, you probably need 10mm thick acrylic, so it is also not likely that you can carry it yourself.

5 plan tank is not acrylic. I know because it breaks like glass. If you are buying from an LFS or a tank maker, they provide delivery. A bare 3 x 18 x 18 is not that heavy, I've moved one from house to house alone. Depending on your fitness level, a cart might help.
