Hello, my name is Michael. I am currently living in Bintan Island at Tanjung Pinang. Today is the first time I join this site, and I hope to learn a lot about culturing fish and worms from all of you. What I'd like to learn most is about culturing tubifex worms for my catfish fries, so anybody with any information about this, please let me know. Thank you very much for your attention and have a nice day.![]()

Getting poison everyday
Welcome to AQ Michael. Culturing tubifex worms is troublesome and messy in our climate. I would suggest that you get grindal worms instead. Much easier to handle on synthetic media and fairly simple to care for.
Fish.. Simply Irresistable

Thank you shadow and stormhawk.
Well, the 2 reasons why I'm trying my hands on tubifex worms are:
And also, There's markets near here, so if I need leftovers of vegetables and such things as required for the worms, I'll be able to get them easily.
- Many people here use them for their fish farms, especially catfish farms.
- I can find a lot of them within the gutters here.
