Most of the plant are background plant... Maybe you can shift it to the back... Tall plants should be place at the back... The plant at the front centre with white things on it is it the wool... If yes maybe you can remove it...

planting soil ?

hmm your rockscape is covered by background plants ... wasted
get a tweezer from LFS, remove the sponge like on your penny wort and start planting them individually, same as the other plants if possible
plant them more behind

Stuff the rock really deep, slanted, into the soil, pour soil all over the rock .. will have the slope of soil around the rock ... will look better
option to get branchy wood (thats a hassle)

move the mid ground plants in front of the rocks

leave a pool of space for foreground plants in the future.

get blue oyama paper to cover the ugly wall

Good effort alvintcs, but perhaps you may want top up your water level higher. think that would look even nicer..but then that just me...cheers

very nice already haha. But the rock you might to shift abit to the left or right and have some plants to cover part of it. Meaning the focal point theory but thats all depends on you.

And I saw some plants still in their cage or mini pot, why not plant it ?
