Where to find dwarf puffers?

Whenever I visit seaview, I see them. Near the door that leads to the main fish section.

Seaview has got a lot; mostly teenage (about 1cm length)

Used to keep them , they are actually quite aggressive sometimes
tend to nip other fish fins and males fight males during mating period

will advise to choose tank mates wisely

Not sure about East or North, but Polyart has plenty of them. East Ocean also has but they put them in the plants tank, I guess the puffers are happier there
