hmm i cannot confirm if its ramshorn snail or apple snail as I believe its baby snails (they are upside down !)

I cant see clearly on your tank. the foreground is HC/baby tears, floating is mini water lettuce
    (left) Cabomba, hornwort
    (middle) Bamboo plant.

I realise there are a lot of seashell in your soil .. trumpet snail ..

the snails looks like the size of your soil .. I guess will be apple snail because of the color and the lack of spiral shell (ramshorn)

The shells hopefully not seashells/coral shells from marine tank
They increase the pH of water slowly but your soil will also buffer lower
Have you check the pH ?

Some plants are better in acidic water, your guppy and tetra should be hardy enough, some shrimps are picky on the pH.

    hmm didnt check any parameters
just pop them in and pray they would do well. hahaha
the shells are not from a marine tank, just shells from really long ago.

i think the snails are ramshorn as they are showing the spiral shape already. or i could have a mix of both now O.O!
thanks alot marimo and Guppy lover
