Can update the Excel dosing calculator with a column of the required dosage for the major elements?

Usually I used the calculator for dosing trace elements. For me, I used Fe (Iron) as a guide. I try to get at least 0.2 ppm Fe from the Lushgro-Micros and/or Lushgro-Aqua. I followed Tom Barr's recommendation from 0.2 to 0.7 Fe. In the rest of his article at http://www.sfbaaps.com/reference/barr_02_01.shtml , he also recommended levels for the major nutrients.

You dose it once a week or muliple times throughout the week?

I split the Aqua dosing to twice a week. Once after water change, the other at midweek.
For Micros is much more concentrated, I dose it daily as I feed the fish.
