Need help to ID plants

have some unknown plants that I can't seem to ID. Can anyone help?

Plant A: (bought from Y618, long leaves growing from a red stem which spreads out a bit during daylight)

Plant B: (It grew from just a scrap of 2 small leaves. has green oval leaves growing from a single green stem. Leaves seem to close a bit during night as in pic)

Plant C: (About 10cm tall, had withered leaves which recently grew new leaves. Is this some kinda crypt plant?)

Plant D: (My dad calls it sun grass and was in poor condition when given to me. Not sure what the scientific name is)

My guess are:
A: Hygrophila corymbosa var siamensis
B: no idea
C: Echinodorus sp (not sure which one)
D: Tonina sp belem

Still got one more forgot to add here.

Plant E: (Bought from C328, but seen in other LFS. 3 cuttings mounted on a DW. Not sure it's not a true aquatic plant, as I've seen a similar plant much larger with long stem and similar head)
