thats tricky, the copper may be absorb by the plants already...
i will opt to use active carbon
but you can be kiasu and use bleach & boil
to prepare the DW.
Hi experts,
I would really appreciate your kind advise as i am just starting my 1ft shrimp tank (low tech tank for cherry/sakura/fire red shrimps).
I have a piece of driftwood in my planted tank that I would like to transfer to the new shrimp tank. This driftwood has been in the planted tank for about 3months.
I dose Easy Life Profito weekly to my planted tank which contains copper among other minerals.
What should I do to treat this driftwood to make it "shrimp" safe?
Thanks in advace.

I rather you buy a new wood and boil if ur kiasu because the wood most likely absorb the copper already. Play safe get a new wood boil it
Java moss grow v fast in my old low tech tank get a bigger rock so you do not need to trim often
Just gotten a mid size java rock from c328. But the java moss is pretty expensive at $2 a tiny bag.
Anyone has lobang for reasonable priced java moss?
Thanks in advance!
