Sounds like your power point, or timer?
Yes I change the 2 tubes and both are not working. The light set in the cover unit.
Balast or e balast faulty to me.
Check if it is the switch on lightest too.
You can ask your lfs repair how much if your unsure.

Thank you very much for the info. I will arrange to go and meet them.
It could also be that your fuse at the side of the hood has blown or is faulty. Did you check it?

I am not so familiar with the electrical components.
I don't know what brand your tank is, but I have a tank hood with an inbuilt light set from SUNSUN. At the side there is a tiny knob with the words "fuse" on it. Turn off the power switch and just unscrew it and you will see the fuse.

I bought my aquarium from AA.
By AA are you referring to the brand? Without any knowledge of the model in question, or even a photograph, it is very hard to help you. If it is using normal fluorescent tubes or PL lighting, it's probably the ballast that is faulty, or the fuse, or the wiring itself as others have mentioned. Since you said it is a 4 ft tank, just hire an electrician to come to your place and have a look at the tank hood, or ask the store where you purchased the tank from, to send a staff to your place to have a look at it, at a price of course. If in doubt it's always best to go back to the source.
Without pictures, or further details regarding the light system etc, we cannot help you much. All we can do is guess.

Hi Stormhawk,
Yes AA is the brand name. Do you have any recommendable electrician to help me out?
Any electrician should be able to fix it for you. Just explain to him the problem via the phone and he will know what to do. Describe the type of light bulb you used so he will know what to get to fix it. PL lights use e-ballast, normal fluorescent lamps use those regular ballast. Or ask the aquarium store for help and they should know how to rectify it.
Looking at photos of the AA brand tanks on Google, they probably use PL lights so if anything, I figure the e-ballast is damaged.

Hi Everyone,
I have handed over my faulty lights to NA yesterday for servicing. It should be read by tonight.
Then I start rebuilding my tank again.
Thank you once again.
Bro, maybe you brought the new tubes watt is not the suitable or the lighting set?
Bro, the watts are the correct ones. Anyway the lights have been rectified and need to collect from NA.
Last night collected by lights from NA. Replaced and working fine.
Thank you everyone for your inputs and suggestions.
