Yes and no. Officially only unpublished work can be submitted but nobody cares, not that IAPLC official will do one to one check on the scape. However due to the nature of competition, most scapers are voluntarily hiding their scape until last minutes. This is to prevent others for copying their idea.
Waiting for yours. You're hiding one special scape that you have done right. Hiding in the back room. LOL. Well, I'll check out on the event and drop by to watch.

Lol. But you're really good with carpet plants. And now getting even better with Hc.
My other tanks are not for show. Lol. But seriously Felix, if no rocks on Saturday for my 3ft, i'll be doing driftwood for it instead. Buy a 2ft and do the iwagumi instead. I dunno if i want to get rid of my 3ft or not. An old tank.
Getting main rock for 3ft is difficult. I want it to be big enough for focal point.
