Not sure if I'm allowed to ride on this thread or must raise a new one since its the same topic......

I run an internal filter and pump and i face the same problem. OTO600N in 2 feet tank.
I learnt in this thread that rainbar helps.
So I was wondering ..can I attach a hose from the nozzle of the pump and fixed it the a rain bar .....
Does that work to slow the flow rate? does doing this make sence?

Your story abit not same. Try raising a thread and include data and pics.

Eg flowrate of the internal filter.

Likewise you can do that. Not wrong but do start new thread if it does not work a intended
