Maybe 300-500 peices of harlequin will be a good choice.

at present, there are a few T. espei, R. maculata, a Tefe green discus and many corys

Maybe can get more espei. Hmm how bout considering copella and nannostomus ? should do right to your tank.

either harlequin or espei.. want to keep only SEA fishes

Some Six banded barb...will fit nicely too.
