RCS question?

hi all,

i'm new to shrimp keeping hobby. i have about 50 RCS, a couple of low grade CRS in my 29 gallon planted tank. i have a question with one of my RCS, most of my shrimp usually have red cover body but i have two in which the body seems purple. is this a sign of old age, being sick or stress, or a different color variation of a neos. see the picture attached.

Nice variation shrimp. Very unique, yet to be seen in Singapore.
