    Hi guys!

Are Mosura products a must for shrimp keepers?
Eg. BT-9 which is like a beneficial bacteria. We can just get other beneficial bacteria products and its still the same right?

Another one is the Mosura Shizen. Its the same as other anti chlorine right?

Hope to get feedback from pro breeders to clear my clarifications and for others as well.

In two tanks with the same water parameters. Does Mosura really helps in promoting breeding and growth more rapidly as compared to general consumables?
    Shrimp tank FTW!

    Re: Mosura Products

Hi bro, this is posting from what I experience and learn along the way.
    1) Bt 9- I am not too sure but if you are using it to cycle your tank, I think it is something that Is " good to have" and not a "must have" as there are alot of ways to build up the beneficial bacteria in your tank. Alternatively, while cycling, there aren't any livestock in your tank, hence I elieve you can also try other brands which are proved / or used by bro here and is known to be helpful.

    2) mosura shizen - personally I am using this during my water changes. I would say that it is better to use this because now you have livestock in your tank when you do water changes, and hence you would not know if certain brand of anti chlorine might be shrimp safe - afterall shrimps are 1 of the most sensitive livestocks around.

A word of caution is that I did try using other bran of anti chlorine, might be my mistake (such as overdose etc) but it also might be due to the unknown content, that it resulted in some of the death of my shrimp initially.

Always use with caution; ask around for more advice to check if the certain item is shrimp safe, an also do test them out yourself - after all, other people shrimp might differ from yours in terms of tolerance.

If you are into keeping shrimps, try to spend your money wisely as mosura are well known and beneficial product and of course are safe for the shrimps - provide the best environment that you could for your pet ehh.
Why take the risk of saving a few dollars but end up spending more having to buy new shrimps to replace the dead ones ?
Been awhile since i last kept shrimps/ fishes, please give me your kind guidance!
