Hi would like to introduce a newly seen moss, (sorry if repeated post)

Went to Gen-X (Marine Parade) today, saw a few SMALL drift wood tied with some mosses (sparingly) and ask for the prices. It is quoted $300 (no typo) and one customer bought it.

hmm ... the first link looked similar to some moss that I can find at some drains..

that's a lot of money to pay for a plant!
but then again....to each his own.

Anyone has information on where this moss can be found. The origin and the spread of the moss in SE Asia?

Would like to look out for this moss if I happen to go overseas for trekking trip. Like China, Japan, Taiwna, HongKong, Phillipines, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Texas, California? any of these country?
