    any vampire crabs owners here?check out my mini set up..comments and suggestion
    would be appreciated..my 1st time doing this tho..got 3 crabs in the tank

    No filtering? Good to keep the water running and moving.

    No Cover? The red-leaf plant may be too high and the crabs may climb them and then escape through your open-tank.

    Gravel - is that granite gravel? may be oo big for them.

    Good to be a small power head to keep water moving, then a cover as power head has a power cable and crabs will climb on the cables.

    The tank seems to be an old betta tank made from glass. I feel it's too small to even accommodate a mini powerhead.

    You might want to get a larger tank, say a 1 ft tank and do a proper land/water division, because the way I see it, stagnant water is probably bad for them and if you leave it this way, mosquito will eventually breed in the waterlogged "land" area.
