basically just a cFL , SHO (Super High Output) is like a high end over driven cFL , term used in states

Been expanding options for light for plant tank
I found a free E27 light bulb
25W ~(equiv 150W) spiral , cool daylight bulb, CRI84, LM 1660
Temp is right, probably between 6500K range
LM is high 1660!
will be good for a 1ft cube which i calculate may need 15W

high output or not its the light.. doesn't concern the reflector... i think he only want to know where to get similar reflector..

ya .. because bulbs are 360 shine all over, have to use reflector to focus the other side of light downwards to a direction
thinking if its something that can be bought like a ikea lamp shade....
