Bro,
Me no expert in it, but happen to go Bioplast last week to top up CO2
they selling three different sizes chillers there all same brand.
Dont know the brand of it. Sorry..
I'm looking to cool a 5ft x 2ft x 2ft.
the chiller must be kept in the cabinet, so its heat dissipation must be optimal. (Ideally not exceeding 45C)
its thermostat must not be affected by the heat of the chiller itself (proper insulation)
if anyone has any clues, let me know.
also, anyone using artica brand of chillers, please let me know the performance.

Bioplast is selling Daeil (or something like that), the korean OEM for JBJ's Artica.
its 1250 for 1/4 hp (200W) and 1500 for the 1/3 hp version.
---
Artica is selling 1/4 HP at 1800 and 2350 (or so) for the 1/3 hp (I think).
---
Hailea is 1100 for the 1 HP or so (can't remember).
--
Resun: for 1000 litres, was told only 600+ (but with noise problem)

Feedback please from people with the above chillers.
I think for the heat, it's something unavoidable. Without heat exchange, cooling is not possible. It will be quite hot no matter what chiller you're using esp when you're placing it in your cabinet. For my chiller, it's alos in my cabinet. I'd open the cabinet door whenever the chiller kicks off not only it will be hot but also it will take longer to cool the water down. (poor heat exchange). What you should consider is the noise and the pricing.
