Cant pull it off without damaging the delicate plants. Tried putting yamato into the tank but they seems not interested at it at all. Currently my tank is filled with crs n bkk. Please do help.

    2) Men and fishes are alike. They get into trouble once they open their mouth.
    3) Give a man a fish and you feed him for a day. Teach him to fish n he'll go broke. Give him a boat and you'll get rid of him for the weekend.

    Any pictures?

Is t a heavily planted tank? What fertilizer you using at the moment?

Tank dimension/ lighting wpg/ wc regime.

Just a tip : Concentrade on plants, not on algae. If you dont help the plants to grow well, they cant declare war on algae. ( Hope I made it simple for you to understand haha ).

You might want to refer to this:

I find this blog to be excellent for algae issues. With BBA, once it is in a moss patch it is hard to eradicate.

    Re: Brown fuzzy-like algae

Finally manage to get rid about 70% of the BBA already. Did some googling and find out that SAE (siamese algae eater) will eat them. So i went to my local lfs and bought 1. Was told that i cant keep 2 in the same tank or they will fight. (thats what i read also). After a few days, most of the BBA on the dw and plants are gone. Well, I do some plucking out using tweezers, the ones that on my mini pelia but the rest of the jobs are done by the SAE. Now i can sleep in peace.....errr not in a dead kind of way. Lol
